1. General Terms

By using Linebet, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. You must be 18+ (or legal gambling age in your jurisdiction). Linebet is operated by Prevailer B.V., licensed under Curacao eGaming (8048/JAZ).

• One account per player. Multiple accounts = permanent ban.
• Use of VPN to bypass geo-restrictions is prohibited.
• Linebet reserves the right to void bets in case of technical errors.
• All decisions by Linebet management are final.

2. Registration & Account

To bet, you must register with accurate information:

• Full name, email, phone, date of birth
• Currency selected at signup cannot be changed
• KYC required for withdrawals over $1,000
• Account closure: Contact support with 24-hour notice

Inactive accounts (12+ months) may be closed with balance forfeited.

3. Betting Rules

All bets are subject to:

• Min bet: $0.10 | Max bet: $100,000 (varies by event)
• Odds format: Decimal, Fractional, American
• Settled bets: Within 30 minutes of event end
• Void bets: Postponed/canceled events, technical errors
• Cash-out: Available on 95% of live markets

Bonus funds cannot be used for certain markets (system bets, etc.).

4. Bonus Terms

All bonuses are subject to:

• Welcome Bonus: 100% up to $100 | 5x wager on odds 1.65+
• Promo Code JVIP: +10% extra | Valid 30 days
• Wagering: Must be completed within 30 days
• Max bet with bonus: $5 per bet
• One bonus per player/IP/household

Abuse (bonus hunting, arbitrage) = bonus cancellation + account closure.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

• Min deposit: $1 | Min withdrawal: $1.50
• Processing: Crypto: 15 mins | E-wallets: 1–3 hours | Cards: 1–5 days
• Fees: 0% (Linebet covers all)
• Withdrawal method: Must match deposit method
• KYC: Mandatory for $1,000+ withdrawals

Linebet may request source of funds for large transactions.

6. Responsible Gaming

Linebet promotes safe gambling:

• Deposit, wager, loss limits (daily/weekly/monthly)
• Self-exclusion: 1 month to permanent
• Reality checks: Session time alerts
• Cool-off periods: 24 hours to 6 weeks

7. Account Termination

Linebet may suspend/terminate accounts for:

• Fraud, bonus abuse, multiple accounts
• Non-compliance with T&C
• Chargebacks or payment disputes

Remaining balance may be forfeited.

All content (logo, app, website) is © Linebet. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

9. Governing Law

These T&C are governed by the laws of Curacao. Disputes resolved via arbitration in Cyprus.
